Sales are soaring! Stonewater Creek has started 2013 off with a bang!

It has been my experience with Holt Builders that the potential customers that tour the homes absolutely love the extra attention that the builder has given to the homes. The price must be right. Yes… the home must be priced so that the builder makes money and can continue to thrive in his business all the while offering the value that the consumer wants. This has proven true time and again at Stonewater Creek.
Location must work. We have all heard it… Location, Location, Location! Stonewater Creek is located in the much sought after Mill Creek School District. It is easy access to I85 or I985. It is a 20 minute drive to the nearest boat ramps at Lake Lanier. Chateau Elan is right around the corner offering golf, spas, restaurants and so much more. Don’t forget about the restaurants and shopping at the Mall of Georgia. Just down the road from the Mall of Georgia is Cool Ray Field, Home of the Gwinnett Braves.
There must be homes available to purchase. This builder has seen the demand for inventory homes and is trying diligently to keep homes on the ground, but with inventory so low; they are snatched up as quick as they come out of the ground. Some builders are still hesitant to build, but anyone searching for a home right now will be quick to tell you that there is not much out there to choose from.
